Are you a skilled technician in "The County" tired of the daily shop commute? At Thayer, LLC, we trust our experts. Because our headquarters is in Auburn, you will work with your Territory Technician Lead to manage your region effectively. You start and end your day in your own driveway. You provide the elite craftsmanship and local knowledge; we provide the "Pit Crew." Our dedicated dispatchers and services team handle the quoting, logistics, and scheduling from the office so you can focus on the work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and related equipment across Aroostook County.
  • System Reliability: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for your regional clients.
  • Project Support: Assist with equipment installations when required.
  • Communication: Work in sync with your pit crew to ensure efficient resolution to customer needs and total satisfaction.

Qualifications
