LAMOUR Clinic and LAMOUR Community Health Institute were developed to provide an essential link between the community and the healthcare and human services systems. Our behavioral health staff are multicultural providers who speak and understand the cultural needs of the community. Our specialty lies in using a blend of integrated behavioral health program services that meet the needs of children, adolescents, families, and adults while providing services within the community.

LAMOUR Home and Community-Based Programs were also created to bridge the community, healthcare, and human services systems. Our staff are multicultural healthcare providers who understand the cultural and linguistic needs of the individuals and families we serve. We specialize in behavioral health and community-based support services for adults with disabilities. Patients and their families receive care that helps them maintain independence, improve daily living skills, and remain engaged in their communities.

Boston Community Technical School?s Education Pathways Program was developed to connect the community and education systems. Our staff are multicultural educational professionals who understand and meet the diverse cultural and language needs of our students. Our students include both English language learners and native English speakers. The Pathways Program partners with high schools, community colleges, and public and private universities to train individuals in direct clinical or field-based practice in both soft and technical skills. This practice-based field education prepares youth and adults with the technical competencies, academic knowledge, and employable skills essential to success in the social services and healthcare workforce.

Our Youth Development Early Learning Center and Preschool are licensed through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a special education day program. We serve students with diagnoses of Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD), with a strong emphasis on cultural responsiveness. We offer community-based program services linked to our clinic programs, including In-Home Behavioral (IHB), In-Home Therapy (IHT), and Therapeutic Mentoring (TM). Our goal is to provide preventive care that helps families build strong and stable foundations.

LOCATION:

The main offices are in Randolph and Braintree, Massachusetts, with satellite locations in various states. Administrative staff may be assigned to work at any of our office sites within the regions we serve, depending on position availability, and travel may be required as part of the role.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Information Technology Coordinator Apprenticeship Internship is responsible for the ongoing implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, digital web-based applications, and telecommunications systems. The position supports the development of key initiatives that promote the company?s strategic growth through information technology.

The Information Technology Coordinator Apprenticeship Intern is responsible for managing and maintaining digital tools, platforms, and communication systems used both internally and externally. This role also oversees onboarding of staff, provides access to technology systems, conducts training, and tracks hardware inventory and performance assessments. This position ensures that employees have secure and efficient digital access to perform their duties effectively.
