Location: McLean or Alexandria, VA | Hybrid (2–4 days on-site)
Clearance Level: Secret Clearance Required

About the Role:
RM Advisory Services (RMAS) is hiring Staff to Senior Level Federal Auditors to support high-profile federal financial audits. This is a great opportunity to gain federal audit experience, enjoy work-life balance, and grow your career at a rapidly expanding consulting firm.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance or Higher

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • 1-7 years audit experience (internships count)

  • GPA 3.2+

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: CPA or related certifications (CGFM, CDFM, CIA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform federal financial statement audits

  • Evaluate internal controls and financial data accuracy

  • Prepare audit documentation and support workpapers
