Job description

Our IT team is expanding and looking to add an SAP FICO Functional Analyst. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. 

This position will support SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) applications, working closely with U.S. finance teams and global SAP teams to optimize business processes, resolve system issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance/accounting graduate who is interested in developing a career in enterprise applications and SAP functional consulting.

  • Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
  • Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
  • Support SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Work closely with finance users to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with global SAP teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare system documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Support integration between SAP FICO and other enterprise applications.

To be a qualified candidate you must have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related business discipline.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience (new graduates are welcome).
  • Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in SAP FICO functional consulting.

Key to being successful in this role: 

  • Knowledge of financial accounting processes, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
  • Internship or academic experience with ERP systems or business applications.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and system implementation.
  • Technical or programming background is a plus but not required.
