What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Corporate HR Administrator to support the execution of key Human Resources initiatives across our growing organization.

This role will provide centralized administrative and project support for the HR function, helping the HR Manager and broader leadership team execute key initiatives accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for tracking employment-related legal escalations, coordinating HR initiatives, maintaining recruiting platforms and job postings, supporting reporting and presentations, assisting with benefits-related projects, and helping streamline department operations. The position also helps strengthen HR communication, organization, and consistency across dealerships by maintaining employee-facing resources, tracking compliance-related training, and supporting special projects as needed.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Track and maintain accurate records of all communications related to employment legal escalations, keeping the HR Manager informed and up to date throughout the process.
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for all HR strategic initiatives, including setting up systems, validating and uploading data, and tracking and coordinating the annual performance review process from start to finish.
  • Assist with the Company's re-branding and image refinement efforts across job posting sites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Handshake, working under the oversight and direction of the HR Manager.
  • Post, maintain, refresh, and manage all Company job listings and additional recruiting initiatives, including sponsoring job posts and creating targeted ads on platforms like LinkedIn and ADP, as requested.
  • Assist the HR Manager in preparing accurate, well-organized reports and presentations to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Support the Benefits Manager with tracking Leaves of Absence, managing Open Enrollment tasks, and assisting with the annual 401(k) audit, as needed.
  • Provide reliable support to the HR Manager, Regional HR Managers, and HR Director by assisting with ad hoc requests and special projects as they arise.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas and suggestions to help streamline and improve the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain and continually improve the HR employee portal, ensuring content such as birthdays, work anniversaries, benefits-related legal notices, and employee handbooks stay current and accessible.
  • Code BCBS billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and track completion of safety training programs across all dealership locations, ensuring compliance is up to date.

  • Previous HR Internship or HR Administrator experience preferred.
