Enjoy standout, industry-leading benefits including company-covered health insurance, a 401(k) match, daily lunches, and early Friday afternoons. We're hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design teams. This is a hands-on, production-heavy role that supports every stage of the design and development process - from trend research and sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, but it's what keeps the design calendar on track and the product consistent.

If you're focused, organized, and ready to build real experience in the wholesale apparel industry, this is your opportunity.

  • Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs
  • Build and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and production
  • Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factory
  • Help prep for campaign photoshoots - steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set
  • Enter and update style data in ERP and maintain internal style records

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • A strong eye for women's fashion, silhouette, and product development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, especially in process-based, repetitive tasks
  • A dependable team player with clear, professional communication
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus
  • Prior internship or experience in wholesale or production environments preferred

BENEFITS & PERKS

  • Wellness:PPO health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
  • Financial Well-Being:401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 4%.
  • Convenience:Daily lunch meals provided.
  • Time Off:Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.
  • Culture:holiday parties, sample sales, and team-building events.
  • Alternative Schedule Available:8:30AM-6PM Monday through Thursday, with half-days on Friday!
  • Travel: Paid expenses, food allowance, and the opportunity to explore new cities during free time.

Why Join Us? At Edgemine, we believe in investing in our employees. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for individuals who are authentic, accountable, and eager to learn and grow with us.
