  • Establish scalable train-the-trainer programs and knowledge-transfer processes that support long-term organizational capability.
Shop Floor Support, Adoption & Change Leadership
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison during ERP deployments, production system transitions, and post-implementation stabilization periods.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing teams during system go-live and adoption phases.
  • Monitor system usage and operational compliance, proactively addressing issues that impact productivity, quality, or execution.
  • Coach employees and supervisors on proper system utilization and adherence to standardized processes.
  • Identify recurring operational issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions that improve both current performance and future implementation readiness.
  • Coordinate issue resolution efforts with ERP leaders, IT teams, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
  • Support operational audits, process reviews, and compliance initiatives related to ERP utilization and manufacturing standards.
Continuous Improvement, Analytics & Business Process Optimization

  • Recommend and implement enhancements that improve system usability, workforce adoption, accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize best practices, operational procedures, and scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Support the development of performance dashboards, adoption metrics, and visual management tools used to evaluate ERP effectiveness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging ERP capabilities to reduce waste, minimize errors, enhance quality, and improve operational consistency.
  • Support change-management strategies, communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality requirements, and operational policies while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
