Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software tools used in operations
  • Support engineers by delivering practical and reliable solutions
  • Improve existing applications and propose new solutions
  • Present developed tools to end users
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Python and Visual Basic (VBA / VB.NET), and in general coding languages
  • Exposure to AI development is required (APIs, model usage, basic ML concepts)
  • Familiarity with coding agents / AIโ€‘assisted development tools
  • Strong problemโ€‘solving mindset with a focus on practical implementation
  • Fluent spoken and written English
Additional Assets
  • Experience or knowledge of racing software such as HHDM, HHTiming, Wintax, Windarab
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
  • Basic understanding of hardware systems and data acquisition
  • Based at WRT HQ โ€“ Bierset, Belgium
  • Reports to the Dev Group Leader
  • Must follow Dev Group processes, including IT compliance and data security standards
