The Automation Integrator is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating automation systems throughout West Texas and New Mexico. Candidates will provide both day to day support and preventive maintenance to critical equipment utilized at various field locations including well sites, compressor stations, tank batteries and saltwater disposals. The technician must have an understanding of industrial communication equipment and systems, including PLC programming (Allen Bradley Studio 5000) and configurations, within an oil and gas production environment.

โ€ข Install and maintain automation equipment and communication instruments throughout West Texas and New Mexico

โ€ข Program, configure, modify PLC (Allen Bradley 5000/500) to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

โ€ข Install and calibrate numerous level, pressure, and temperature transmitters on crucial production equipment.

โ€ข Be able to read and interrupt new facility drawing packages to ensure proper commissioning of new wells and new production facilities.

โ€ข Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various communication devices located at remote operational facilities.

โ€ข Perform testing on all new and existing devices for functionality, shutdowns, and alarm notifications.

โ€ข Experience with ABB Totalflows, Rocs, other PLCS and devices a plus.
