The Material Handler is responsible for keeping production or warehouse operations running smoothly by ensuring workstations are continuously stocked with materials, tools, and supplies. This role supports team members by transporting items, removing waste, maintaining an accurate inventory and maintaining an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to assembly lines or workstations in a timely manner
  • Monitor inventory levels at stations and in the warehouse and restock as needed to prevent downtime
  • Remove empty containers and waste materials from work areas
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to anticipate production needs
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, or other material-moving equipment safely
