  • 1 Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • 2 Shift: 3:00 pm to11:30 pm

Description
Seeking diligent and detail-oriented Mainframe Computer Operators to support high-volume data center operations. The operators will be responsible for running and monitoring mainframe print operations, supporting job scheduling, and assisting Production Control staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily workloads.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operateand monitor high-speed laser and impact printers as well asbursters in a mainframe data center.
  • Performjob submission, scheduling, and tracking using JCL within TSO.
  • Loadand unload paper, toner, and developer; ensure proper supply management.
  • Remove,organize, and distribute print jobs to customers promptly.
  • Maintaina clean, safe, and organized printer area by disposing of empty boxes,toner containers, and loose paper.
  • Notifybaling room staff when recycle bins are full.
  • SupportProduction Control staff with routine operational tasks and shiftcoordination.
  • Adhereto all operational procedures under the supervision of the ProductionControl Lead and Data Center Manager.
  • Provideshift leadership while performing the same operational duties.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in data center or mainframe operations, or strong relevant IT operations background.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Hands-onexperience with TSO/JCL job scheduling and monitoring.
    • Familiaritywith mainframe console operations.
    • Abilityto operate and maintain high-speed laser/impact printers and bursters.
