Job description

Summer Internship

Our internship program follows a structured and proven development process that includes a work plan with new goals and responsibilities. A training program designed to give a broad overview of electrical distribution.  A detailed explanation of the training program is listed below.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform all job functions with willingness and enthusiasm
  • Working with fellow employees and teammates
  • Maintaining a professional attitude through all aspects of the program
  • Abiding by all TRC company policies

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities:

  • High school diploma is required, along with currently enrolled in 4-year university.
  • Preferred field of studies are engineering (general), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or industrial engineering, but these degrees are not required to be in our program.
  • Self-starters: ability to work with minimal supervision; prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills with peers and mentors.
  • Positive attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Willingness to learn new about technology and cutting-edge industry products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented.
