Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • EE integration of mechatronics systems and components (incl. sizing, e.g. e-motor), reviewing interface specifications, wiring schematics, creating wire harnesses and electrical triage [macroscopic] -> integration into HiL, Vehicle environments
  • Circuit design and analysis/testing (e.g., analog filtering, sensorics), PCBA prototyping, wiring schematics [microscopic]
  • Market research of EE products, benchmark, and documentation
  • Interfacing teams - effectively communicate with these cross functional teams in order to effectively complete assigned tasks
  • Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction
  • S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes

Your Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
  • Ability to prioritize
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty pounds
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills with an ability to collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
