The Content Marketing Specialist is a hands-on creative storyteller responsible for capturing, creating, and delivering engaging content that brings Interplanโ€™s brand to life. This role blends content strategy, multimedia production, and digital marketingโ€”from concept to execution.

Youโ€™ll play a key role in telling Interplanโ€™s story through video, design, and written content, while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all platforms.

What youโ€™ll be doing:

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Capture and create content that highlights Interplanโ€™s people, projects, and culture
  • Conduct interviews with employees, clients, and partners to develop authentic stories
  • Write and edit content for:
  • Social media
  • Website and blogs
  • Case studies and proposals
  • Email campaigns and internal communications

Multimedia Production

  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality content
  • Support pre-production planning and on-site production coordination
  • Create short-form videos and social clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Design & Brand Management

  • Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for:
  • Proposals and presentations
  • Social media and marketing collateral
  • Ensure visual consistency of the Interplan brand across all platforms
  • Support trade shows and events with booth graphics, signage, and highlight reels

Digital & Web Content Management

  • Manage and update website content using WordPress

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to turn ideas into engaging multimedia campaigns

Content Performance & Community Engagement

  • Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Recommend creative adjustments based on performance data
  • Manage and engage across Interplanโ€™s digital channels:

What youโ€™ll bring:

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
