Kohler's Early Talent internship programsare designed to provide meaningful, handson experience that drives realbusiness impact. Over the course of a 10-12 week internship, interns areimmersed in the business-contributing to real projects, building practicalskills, and gaining valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported throughintentional learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiencesare designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-timeopportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.
ProgramOverview
Thisis an invitation to collaborate and contribute to an environment that'sgrounded in bold, meaningful innovation. As an Intern within our AcceleratedEngineering Development Program, you'll serve as a critical member to Kohler'sproduct development teams, designing leading-edge products or technologies thatcompletely transform experiences we know today.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate Engineering Excellence: Utilize your understanding of engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving to deliver high-quality technical designs.Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to gather feedback and ensure the highest standards for your work.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design. Tackle tough challenges by leveraging diverse perspectives and recommend actionable next steps that drive consensus and alignment with business leadership.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Assess product designs for environmental sustainability and suggest enhancements. Engage directly with customers or subject matter experts to better understand installation processes and identify opportunities to elevate quality.
- Orchestrate Project Details: Apply your attention to detail to organize and coordinate technical activities, including test requests, bills of materials, engineering schedules, and other essential elements to support new product launches.
