Job description

Job Summary:
TEEMA is seeking a Senior Business Central Analyst to join their team. In this hands-on role, you will support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across various business functions, troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows to drive system adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary Business Central support resource across core business functions
• Troubleshoot system issues related to transactions, configurations, and workflows
• Optimize processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory/warehouse operations
• Configure and enhance Business Central (reports, workflows, pages, queries, role centers)
• Support extensions, integrations (APIs/web services), and system upgrades
• Partner with internal teams and developers on enhancements and release readiness
• Gather requirements, support testing/UAT, and ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Improve reporting, data quality, and automation across the platform
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central
• Strong functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, and operations workflows
• Experience supporting users in a fast-paced ERP environment
• Working knowledge of AL, extensions, and upgrade-safe customization practices
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, OData, SOAP) and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
