Job description

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team due to continued growth and expansion. This position will primarily support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Dubak Electrical is a family-owned company established in 1988 and located in La Grange Park, Illinois.
The primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Knowledge of electrical parts, hardware, and components
  • Accurately and efficiently stocking inventory
  • Organizing equipment and materials
  • Loading and unloading trailers using proper techniques
  • Securing freight using appropriate tools and materials
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and shop areas (janitorial duties)
  • Assisting with general warehouse operations and tasks
  • Supporting inventory management, including stocking supplies and consumables (e.g., food and accessories)
  • Operating forklifts safely (training preferred but not required)
  • Assisting with snow removal during winter months as needed
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks and supporting team needs as required

Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Sense of urgency and reliability (must be punctual)
  • General warehouse safety awareness
  • Familiarity with a wide range of tools

Driving Requirements
  • Approximately 90% warehouse duties and 10% driving responsibilities
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements & Expectations
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts (especially during weather-related conditions)
  • Ability to lift, push, and pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders, crouch, bend, and work at heights up to 30 feet
