Why Join Our Team?
When you join Mindfully Texas, you work with a practice that is invested in your mental, physical, and financial well-being. Our clinicians experience greater professional fulfillment, improved work-life balance, and a supportive environment that encourages clinical autonomy and growth.
We are currently seeking part-time to full-time, licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our growing outpatient practice with five locations across Austin.

  • Manage a full-time outpatient caseload
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed
  • Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards

Position Details

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Regular peer-to-peer case consultation meetings
  • Supportive clinical environment with autonomy in treatment planning
