Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors, providing professional and welcoming representation of the brand.
  • Multichannel Support: Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving concerns regarding reservations, billing statements, and general guest needs.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct occasional outbound communication to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve pending issues.
  • Service Coordination: Facilitate maintenance and housekeeping workflows by creating and delegating service tickets to ensure timely property upkeep.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and verify unit availability to coordinate effectively with external scheduling vendors.
  • Financial Transactions: Execute accurate cash handling and payment processing using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
