Elevated Healing Place Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative mental health team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities designed to enhance the healing process.
  • Implement various evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to support client growth and mental well-being.
  • Develop and create personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and outlining interventions tailored to each client.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and management.
  • Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that provide supportive environments for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
  • Conduct crisis interventions as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to safeguard clients during vulnerable moments.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation to meet ethical and legal standards, ensuring the accurate tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.
