  • Design and Construction

This group directs the activities of design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, internal servicepartnersand other vendors.

  • Operations

  • The Operations groupis responsible forday-to-day management of facilities and mechanical support. The teamis responsible forproperty and project management, building safety, disaster remediation, workordersand asset preservation. Additionally, sub-teams include Guest Services, ADA/Compliance, as well as Mechanical,Engineeringand Plumbing (MEP).

  • Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Real Estate Development
