Our Legal Sector Services group is seeking aManager- Mass Tort Serviceswho willberesponsible forhigh level oversight and management of large, multi-facetedMass Tortprojects. This manager may also supervise the work of interns, staff, and other consultants.

What Work You WillbeResponsible For:
  • Leads, directs,and manages projects and multi-disciplinary tasks withinscopeofprogramor project.

  • Manages all phases of a program including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule,budgetand other contract requirements.

  • Guides projects and programs to fulfill client, stakeholder and PM goals,commitmentsand criteria.

  • Ensures that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met.

  • Serves as one of the firm's primary contacts with the clientregardingprojectstatus,progress,scope,scheduleand budget

  • Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures,lawsand regulations, and keeps current on compliance-related areas.

  • Exhibits excellent client service skills including the identification of opportunities to provideadditionalservices to clients and/or non-clients.

  • Buildsandmaintainstrusted relationships with diversegroupof clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years ofexperience insettlementadministrationor litigation related field

  • 2+yearsoverseeingMassTortand/or Class Action claims administration projects or comparable experience

  • Bachelor's degreerequired

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or relatedcredential ispreferred.

  • Technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel.
