Position:- Filenet P8 Developer

Location:- Richmond, VA

Duration:- 6+ Months contract

Qualifications

Must Have Skills: FileNet P8

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a FileNet Java Developer

Experience of development and implementation of FileNet OOTB, Customizations and Custom Framework application

Hands on experience of latest FileNet versions like 4.x and 5.x

Good Java, JEE experience with basic and advanced java. Server technologies including IBM WebSphere Application Server, REST, and J2EE. Good knowledge of Java, JEE design patterns.

Development of Dojo, widgets and other internet technologies required. Should have through knowledge of Java Script DOM and Dojo

Ability of create design documents based on requirements.

Certification in FileNet required and certification in Java  preferred

Ability to define project scope and technical specifications

Desired Skills:

Team handling experience.

Able to multi-task, be pro-active in project planning and requirements gathering, set and maintain multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set.

Experience with software development life cycle and application release management.

Experience presenting projects to upper management and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
