Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • A High School diploma or better

Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
  • Reading production schedule, customer, work, & shipping orders, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
  • Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
  • Operating propane and battery-powered two-way and four-way drive forklifts to load/unload and/or pick up, transport and transfer WIP and finished products
  • Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves, or conveying orders to packing station and shipping department
  • Arranging stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
  • Utilizing computer systems to enter records, compile worksheets, and create tickets from customer specifications
  • Driving vehicles to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment
  • Maintaining inventory records, recording shortages, and making out location cards to forward to supervisor
  • Detecting and reporting faulty equipment, defective materials, shortages, questionable data, and all other unusual conditions to proper supervisor
  • Any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by leadership.
