Job description

Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Foreko to add a Growth Operations Intern to their team in Bentonville, Arkansas!
ย
Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team.ย Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.
ย
About Foreko:
Foreko is the smart procurement operating system that forecasts, automates, and executes. We replace manual spreadsheet chaos with AI-powered data ingestion, machine learning demand forecasting, and agentic order execution, giving founders back their time and their confidence in their numbers. We are early, growing fast, and headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas.
ย
About the Role:
This is not a traditional marketing internship. As a Go-to-Market Engineer Intern, you sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You'll build the systems, automations, and infrastructure that make our GTM machine run: marketing ops, CRM workflows, data pipelines, attribution, and AI-powered growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify patterns in messaging, targeting, and engagement
  • Develop and automate email sequences, newsletters, and marketing workflows
  • Create systems that improve lead generation, nurture prospects, and increase operational efficiency
  • Experiment with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline marketing, content creation, and outreach processes
  • Help improve Foreko's online visibility through content, digital marketing initiatives, and growth experiments
  • Assist with marketing content creation, including website updates, product launch materials, videos, and promotional assets
  • Evaluate and implement automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel
  • Understand how data moves between systems and help improve reporting, attribution, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with the team to test new growth channels and marketing strategies
Qualifications of an ideal candidate:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign or marketing performance data
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Interest in marketing technology, automation, growth strategy, or customer acquisition
  • Comfortable using AI tools and Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity and workflows
  • Self-starter who enjoys figuring things out and building processes from the ground up
Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with CPG, retail, or supply chain

  • Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or Make/Zapier

  • You've done something entrepreneurial, even if small

Additional Details:
  • Pay Range: $15/hr
  • Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
  • Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand
  • Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office)ย
Our Must Haves:
  • Current Arkansas state resident
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, following the three-month internship
  • Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
