Junior Master Data Specialist

Location: Portsmouth, NH, US

Work Arrangement: On-site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

A leading global life sciences organisation is seeking a Junior Master Data Specialist to support the maintenance and accuracy of maintenance-related data, documentation and system records at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

The role is suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong data entry and administrative skills who can work accurately in a high-volume environment and maintain high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases, SAP and other systems.
  • Maintain, organise and archive electronic and paper maintenance records.
  • Update equipment logs, operational documentation, preventative maintenance schedules and work orders.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy and integrity across maintenance records.
  • Apply basic data integrity principles to daily records management and system updates.
  • Support general administrative activities within the maintenance department.
  • Identify and resolve documentation gaps with relevant team members.
  • Maintain accurate equipment histories and associated records.
  • Ensure documentation is managed in accordance with site standards and applicable quality requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, data entry or office support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a high-volume data environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and general computer systems.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
