Premium Audit Intern - Fall 2026
Who We Are: Are you looking for real-world experience right now? If so, we have an internship for you! Our Premium Audit team plays a vital role in supporting commercial insurance operations and ensuring compliance and accuracy in policy processing. We're seeking motivated interns to join us in Manhattan, Kansas, where you'll gain hands-on experience in premium audit functions and learn the ins and outs of Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance.
What You'll Do: As a Premium Audit Intern, you'll support our team by assisting with the processing of policy changes and audits. You'll gain exposure to premium auditing , rating bureau rules, and compliance workflows while contributing to meaningful operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing audits and policy changes for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance.
  • Learning core concepts of premium auditing and commercial insurance.
  • Supporting administrative and compliance functions through accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
  • Must be a current student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in commercial insurance, underwriting, or premium auditing.
  • Must be able to live out our corporate values of integrity, service, leadership, accountability, teamwork and passion.
  • Must be seeking an internship opportunity during Fall 2026 working part-time 15-20 hours per week.
