Job description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center Construction
Location: United States - 75 - 100% Travel Required
Company: The Boldt Company
Anticipated Salary Range: $166,000 - $186,000
Additional Compensation: For project assignments requiring travel, Boldt provides per diem along with enhanced compensation to recognize time spent away from home.
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record leading hyperscale, mission-critical data center construction projects. In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale builds across the entire project lifecycle-from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout-owning the successful construction of the facility. This is a construction leadership role focused on building and delivering the physical data center (CSA and MEP systems)-not IT infrastructure or operations. You will lead a large, cross-functional team and own forecasting, cost control, and financial outcomes in schedule-driven environments where speed-to-market, quality, and uptime are critical.
You'll foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance-driving alignment across project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. Just as important, you'll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver results. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment delivering high-density, technically complex construction projects for hyperscale data center clients, while helping shape lasting partnerships and Boldt's continued growth in the data center market.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $166,000 - $186,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field required (or combo of education/experience)
  • Ten or more years' experience in construction project management and related functions; with at least 5 years specifically in the hyperscale data center construction industry managing projects from inception to completion with overall project cost at or above $250M
