Job description

Company
BrainStorm is a B2B SaaS company that drives digital adoption and organizational change for outstanding companies around the world, including PepsiCo, American Express, Land O'Lakes, Inc., Mattel, Inc., Panasonic, Merck Company, and more.
BrainStorm thrives on a dynamic and fun-loving atmosphere, paired with a steadfast commitment to excellence. Our high-performing team is composed of self-starters who play a pivotal role in driving our success. Once we walk through the door, it's definitely 'Go Time'.
Opportunity
Join the award-winning BrainStorm team as an Engagement Coordinator Intern, working directly with customers to help them get real value from the BrainStorm platform. You'll build relationships with free account holders, helping kickstart journey towards launching their first adoption experience, and help them move from "we have access" to "our people are actually using this."
This isn't a passive role. You'll be proactive, organized, and hands-on - helping customers take action and build momentum with their user base.
We know coordinating calendars is nobody's idea of a good time. So we built a faster path.
After submitting your application, you can complete your screening conversation right away with our AI recruiting assistant - on your schedule, no back-and-forth required. It covers the same ground as a standard screening call: the role, your background and what you're looking for.
A member of our team reviews every conversation before any decision is made. You're not being evaluated by an algorithm - you're just skipping the part where two people try to find a time that works for both of them.
As an Engagement Coordinator Intern, you will:
  • Proactively reach out to free account holders to understand their goals and help them get started
  • Direct customers towards the resources for launching their first adoption program using BrainStorm
  • Schedule appointments for an advisor to consult with the customer
  • Monitor customer progress and follow up with encouragement and next steps
  • Flag customers who may be good candidates for an upgraded engagement or paid account
  • Collaborate with internal BrainStorm team members to share what you're seeing and learning

What We Expect:
  • Proactivity: You reach out, check in, and follow up without being asked.
  • Communication: You can simplify complex ideas and help people feel capable, not overwhelmed.
  • Organization: You can juggle multiple conversations and priorities at once without dropping the ball.
  • Curiosity: You don't need to know our product on day one, but you should love figuring things out.
  • Reliability: You manage your workload effectively and follow through on commitments.

Any experience working with people - customer service, tutoring, retail, coaching, coordination - is a plus, but not required.
Seeking 20 hr. per week internships for the summer through the next semester. The position is available in the American Fork, UT office.
BrainStorm provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
