What Our Senior Audit Associates Do:
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
  • Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits and managing to budget
  • Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit process and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews
  • Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues utilizing electronic databases, and employ audit software to review and compile financial information
  • Support the engagement and work-flow of all client deliverables for multiple crypto clients and engagements, including audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements, stablecoin attestations, Proof of Reserve agreed-upon procedures reports, and internal control and IT letters.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with staff members of the firm
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel

Qualifications:
  • Attained a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university
  • At least three years of prior Public Accounting experience required
  • Experience auditing cyptocurrency clients highly preferred
  • Understanding of industry terms and nomenclature (miners, keys, DeFi, etc)
  • Certified Public Accounting license or working toward licensure
  • Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
