Job description

We are looking for a CRM Martech Manager to lead marketing technology initiatives for three B2B manufacturing brands in New York. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on team member who can strengthen customer engagement, improve lead management, and turn performance data into practical business recommendations. The role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration to help marketing and sales teams create a more connected customer journey.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the day-to-day strategy, administration, and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple business units.
• Create and refine automated campaigns, workflows, and customer journey programs that support lead nurturing and conversion goals.
• Plan and launch B2B demand generation initiatives that guide prospects from initial engagement through sales readiness.
• Analyze campaign, funnel, and engagement data to uncover trends and provide recommendations that support revenue growth.
• Work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to establish lead stages, scoring models, and effective handoff processes.
• Monitor data quality within the CRM environment and implement practices that improve segmentation, accuracy, and overall system performance.
• Support platform enhancements such as integrations, reporting improvements, and process optimization tied to marketing operations.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting that give stakeholders clear visibility into campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.• Proven hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a marketing automation or CRM-focused role.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation strategy, customer lifecycle planning, and lead nurturing in a B2B environment.
• Ability to interpret campaign and funnel metrics and convert findings into actionable insights for business teams.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot automations, support integrations, and work with platform configurations.
• Experience managing marketing technology needs across multiple brands, divisions, or business units.
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex sales environments.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI is highly valued.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and email campaign execution within a CRM-driven framework.
