Ambulatory Anesthesia Care (AAC) is a national leader in office-based anesthesia services. We partner with practices across the country to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care outside of the hospital setting. As we continue to grow, we are investing in our brand, recruitment strategy, and digital presence.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to support our brand, recruitment marketing, and internal engagement efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with leadership on real campaigns that impact hiring, culture, and national brand growth.

If you're creative, organized, and excited about content, storytelling, and growth - this is a great opportunity to build real experience.

What You'll Do
  • Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns (MDs, CRNAs, RNs, EMTs)
  • Assist with content for referral campaigns, hiring initiatives, and career fairs
  • Write captions and messaging aligned with AAC's brand voice
  • Design basic visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar
  • Track engagement metrics and report on performance
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools preferred
  • Organized and able to manage deadlines
  • Creative thinker with an eye for engaging content
  • Interest in healthcare, recruiting, or brand-building is a plus
