What You'll Do

As a Liquid Compounder, you'll play a key role in the production of high-quality liquid products by following established formulas, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare liquid chemical batches by following formulation sheets, batch records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and blend raw materials to ensure product consistency and quality
  • Support the production of personal care, cosmetic, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and consumer products
  • Operate mixing, blending, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently following training
  • Receive, label, stage, and organize raw materials in accordance with quality and safety requirements
  • Complete production documentation, inventory records, and batch paperwork accurately
  • Monitor batch progress and communicate any deviations or concerns to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment
  • Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements related to chemical handling and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with compounders, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with additional laboratory and manufacturing activities as needed
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline
  • Laboratory experience gained through coursework, research projects, internships, co-ops, or entry-level positions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures precisely
  • Basic understanding of laboratory safety and chemical handling practices
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to build a career in science-based manufacturing
Work Environment

This position is based in a clean, organized laboratory and manufacturing facility operating under GMP standards. You'll join a close-knit team of approximately 6-8 professionals who are committed to quality, safety, and collaboration. Team members receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help them succeed and grow within the organization. The role involves standing for extended periods, operating equipment, handling chemical materials, and occasional lifting in a safety-focused environment.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
