Job description

In this role, you'll spearhead our student externship and internship programs, ensuring students gain invaluable hands-on experience. you'll oversee every aspect, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for student success, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as Medical Assistant required
  • Attentive to detail, with a sense of urgency and passion for quality
  • Able to report to the campus daily
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates, assigns, tracks, and reports all activities related to the externship or internship program.
  • Facilitates the student's transition from class to externship or internship programs to graduation, in preparation for full-time placement.
  • Evaluates and assists in the resolution of student issues within compliance with of school policies.
  • Assists the Director of Education in identifying externship sites.
  • Coordinates the selection process for placing students in externship or internship programs.
  • Ensures that externship agreements are properly maintained and communicated.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with students and externship or internship sites.
  • Maintains program records; continually audits all records and validates information.
  • Makes external site visits during each externship or internship.
  • Report to Director of Education
