The Director of Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives within the Sales & Marketing Department, with a primary focus on digital marketing and B2B communication in the fintech sector. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, accelerating customer acquisition, and enhancing engagement across enterprise-level audiences. Leveraging platforms like HubSpot, the Director will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, oversee integrated campaigns, and ensure alignment with sales objectives and market opportunities. Key responsibilities include crafting targeted messaging for decision-makers, conducting competitive and demand analyses, and driving marketing performance to support business growth and client retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with overall company goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention within the fintech space.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership:
    • Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid media to maximize lead generation and conversion across business channels.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Leverage platforms like HubSpot to streamline marketing workflows, nurture leads, and enhance CRM integration, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up processes for enterprise clients.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (web, email, events, etc.) aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and business growth in the fintech sector.
  • B2B Communication & Content Strategy:
    • Develop targeted content and messaging that resonates with key decision-makers at financial institutions, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders to establish thought leadership and drive engagement.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
    • Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless coordination of marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and alignment with product offerings and market positioning.
  • Brand Management & Messaging:
    • Ensure consistent and clear brand messaging across all touchpoints, maintaining the company's reputation as a trusted leader in the fintech space.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies based on data, and report regularly to senior leadership on marketing performance.
SKILLS & ABILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in digital marketing and brand strategy.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, including automation workflows, CRM, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
