Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager
Berglund Architects - Edwards, Colorado
Berglund Architects, a 15-person, well-established architectural firm with over 22 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager with approximately 10-15 years of professional experience or more (10 years minimum) to join their team. The firm specializes in high-end residential architecture and is based in Edwards, Colorado, in the heart of the Vail Valley.
Applicants should possess excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of Revit, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a highly creative studio environment. Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative design culture.
This Senior Project Manager position is structured as a Principal / Equity Owner track, providing a pathway to long-term leadership and potential equity participation within the firm based on performance, leadership, and overall contribution.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Licensed Architect required with NCARB certification desired
  • Strong Revit proficiency required
  • Proven project management and team leadership experience
  • Extensive experience producing and leading team developing construction drawings

  • Ability to mentor, teach, and lead architectural interns and designers
Strong design ability is desired but not required, depending on other strengths.
