About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated new graduate to join our NGSIEM Agentic AI team. In this role, you will help build intelligent systems that analyze security data at massive scale. You will contribute to machine learning models, AI agents, retrieval systems, and backend services that power next-generation security operations. Working alongside experienced engineers, researchers, and security experts, you will help transform cutting-edge AI research into production-grade capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to solve challenging real-world problems at the intersection of AI, large-scale systems, and cybersecurity while making a direct impact on protecting organizations worldwide.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring 2 days per week on-site.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy features that directly impact CrowdStrike products.

  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build scalable backend systems and AI-powered capabilities.

  • Deploy machine learning techniques to develop highly accurate models

  • Solve complex technical problems with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

  • Build and maintain reliable APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.

  • Apply machine learning and AI technologies to improve product capabilities and user experiences.

  • Develop automated tests and contribute to overall software quality and reliability.

  • Participate actively in architecture, design, and code reviews.

  • Continuously learn new technologies, industry trends, and emerging research relevant to AI and cybersecurity.

  • Contribute ideas and innovations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Technologies include: Go, Python, Blob storage (S3), SQL, and Kafka

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (completed before start date).

  • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software engineering fundamentals, and distributed systems concepts.

  • Experience through internships, research, projects, or coursework building software systems.

  • Familiarity with backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-based development.

  • Understanding of software design principles and object-oriented concepts.

  • Participation in competitive programming (USACO Platinum, IOI Camp, IOI).

  • Participation in advanced mathematics competitions (USAJMO, USAMO, MOP, IMO).

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
