• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain timely and precise clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills to navigate mental health challenges.
• Continuously engage in professional development to stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic practices in mental health.

As an LICSW, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. We emphasize a client-centered approach that respects the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each individual. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts, enabling independent clinical practice.

• Experience in a telehealth capacity is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
