Job description

Monroe Capital ("Monroe") is seeking an energetic person with strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and analytic ability to join Monroe Capital as we continue to grow and expand our business. All activities of the role will primarily support management of Monroe's capital raising and investor service efforts on its Wealth Management Solutions business. Requires proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn other software programs. This position requires an individual with a bachelor's degree in Finance or another Business-related degree.
This position will be on-site 5 days a week in our Chicago office.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain information of loan portfolio and industry-wide financial information
  • Coordinate with clients on general information requests and quarterly reporting
  • Develop marketing materials for investors
  • Work with management, accounting, and operations teams to provide updated performance data to both existing investors and potential investors
  • Prepare quarterly updates for Monroe's current investors
  • Assist with due diligence questions ("DDQ"), Request for Proposal ("RFP") process and other investor relations and operational related reporting requests

Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business-related degree with 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Relevant internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Compensation
It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $83,000-93,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
