The opportunity
The Boston Bruins are hiring part-time Game Night Staff to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Game Night Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with media operations at all Bruins home games at TD Garden, including postseason games when necessary. If you are passionate about hockey, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

What will you do?
  • Serve as a liaison to local, national and international media in the press box at Boston Bruins home games.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the TD Garden press box and media work locations.
  • Distribute credentials to media, scouts and guests at the Bruins will-call desk.
  • Compile and edit statistical information for team media materials, including line charts and game notes.
  • Pass out game-related statistics to media and staff between periods.
  • Record and transcribe postgame interviews.
  • Check-in media, scouts and visiting team personnel at the dining area.
  • Aid with press conferences when applicable.
  • Assist the Bruins Communications Department with other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical requirements
  • Must be able to walk, climb up and down stairs, and stand for long periods
  • Able to perform all duties in an environment that includes extreme to dim lighting (including strobes), varying noise levels, large crowds, and hot-to-cold temperatures
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted
