The opportunity
Boston Bruins are hiring Ticket Sales and Fan Relations Interns to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will begin late August 2026 and end in April 2027 upon the completion of the regular season, with Playoff games TBD.
Are you an energetic undergraduate student or recent graduate who's seeking an incredible paid internship program? Boston Bruins internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit.
We create fun and inclusive internship experiences that provide emerging talent the opportunity to develop their career and leadership capabilities while impacting the business of a global hospitality and entertainment company. All Delaware North interns participate in the Delaware North Intern Experience, which includes opportunities for hybrid and in-person work experiences, executive and peer mentoring and coaching, and on-the-job learning.

What will you do?
  • Game Day- Arrive 5 hours before puck drop and leave 2 hours after puck drop, assisting Fan Relations and Sales teams
  • Future Bruins - Come help us make some young Bruins fans' dreams come true by helping us coordinate a game on the TD Garden ice before the Bruins game with two youth hockey organizations. Fun for the parents, fun for the players, and fun for the staff who help to organize this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
  • Three Minutes of Fame - Assist the sales team with the logistics and execution of our Three Minutes of Fame Program. Youth hockey teams have the opportunity to skate on the Bruins ice for three minutes during intermission of a Bruins game
  • Office Support - With weekly/biweekly office hours, assist the Fan Relations and Sales teams in the office on different projects as deemed necessary
  • Events- Assist Fan Relations at 12 Season Ticket Holder events held throughout the course of the season
  • Family Shows - Be a part of making our family show fan experience packages special for our guests. Help coordinate and execute our fan experience packages for annual shows such as Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Beanpot Tournament, and the Hockey East Championship

  • Availability to intern for all 44 home games of the Boston Bruins. Night and weekend availability is required
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field or a recent college graduate

Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position
