Position
Digi International is seeking an AI-Assisted Content Producer to support the scalable production of high-quality digital content that drives website engagement, organic traffic, and lead generation for Digi's IoT and managed connectivity solutions.
Reporting to the Content Operations & Media Relations Supervisor, and supporting the Sr. Manager of Digital Content Strategy & Growth, this role combines modern AI-assisted content creation tools with strong editorial judgment. The AI-Assisted Content Producer accelerates research, ideation, and drafting while ensuring outputs meet Digi's standards for technical accuracy, brand voice, search visibility, and audience engagement.
This position plays a key role in translating complex IoT, networking, and edge computing topics into accessible and compelling content across Digi.com, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
What You Will Do
  • Produce digital content including blog articles, website pages, customer success stories, and marketing assets aligned with Digi's digital content strategy.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, outline development, and first-draft content creation across multiple formats.
  • Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, technical credibility, and alignment with Digi's brand voice.
  • Translate complex technology concepts into clear narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Support the development of product, solution, and industry-focused website content.

AI-Assisted Content Development
  • Leverage generative AI tools for research summaries, outlines, content drafts, and content variations.
  • Develop and refine prompts and workflows that improve the quality and efficiency of AI-assisted content production.
  • Validate AI-generated information through research and collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
  • Continuously improve workflows that combine AI efficiency with strong editorial quality.

SEO, AEO & Digital Discovery Optimization
  • Structure content to improve discoverability in traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Apply SEO best practices including keyword alignment, metadata optimization, and internal linking.
  • Support the development of topic clusters and authority content in strategic IoT and connectivity solution areas.
  • Assist in optimizing content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Content Production & Campaign Support
  • Assist in producing digital assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Create supporting content for landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Update and optimize existing website content to maintain accuracy and improve search performance.
  • Support the development of customer success stories and technical thought leadership content.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Supervisor, Content Operations & Media Relations to execute the editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, marketing campaigns, and sales teams to produce content aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with design and digital teams when content requires visual or multimedia components.

Who You Are and What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or communications (internships acceptable).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and detail.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools used for research and content creation.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
  • Interest in technology topics such as IoT, connectivity, networking, or edge computing.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
