About The Role:
The CBRE Finance Summer Analyst Internship is a nine-week summer internship for undergraduate students seeking a career in corporate finance.
This is a corporate finance role, not a brokerage, capital markets, or real estate investment position. The program focuses on financial modeling, data analytics, business reporting, and forecasting at a global company that generates more than $40 billion in annual revenue.
The Finance Intelligence team is organized across three pillars: Reporting (the recurring deliverables that keep leadership informed), Insights (automation, data infrastructure, and analytics that drive decisions), and Strategy (high-priority, non-recurring analysis for executives). You will see work across all three pillars.
What you'll do:
  • Learn alongside a cross-functional team and see how corporate finance operates inside a global firm.
  • Present weekly projects covering CBRE's lines of business and subsidiaries.
  • Build skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and AI utilization.
  • Connect with executive leaders across the organization, covering areas in both finance and real estate.
  • Work closely with a dedicated mentor who gives you regular feedback and helps guide your growth throughout the summer.

Dates: June 7 - August 6, 2027
Location: Dallas, TX (in person, 5 days a week)

What You'll Need:
CBRE values diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Ideal candidates are interested in gaining exposure to a complex, global firm that serves clients across different functions and regions. We are looking for candidates who are: analytically minded, strongly motivated, comfortable communicating with analysts and senior leadership, and able to proactively multi-task.
The program will begin with an orientation designed to teach you financial and artificial intelligence fundamentals via Excel and core enterprise tools. Prior experience with MS Office will help candidates accelerate their learning curve.
We are prioritizing current college juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
