Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Osceola. In this role, you will perform major mechanical work on gas and diesel engines, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure our equipment operates at peak performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform shop-based repairs and maintenance on equipment.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations to service equipment.
  • Accurately diagnose equipment problems and recommend effective repairs.
  • Determine necessary parts and supplies for repairs and perform quality work.
  • Follow proper safety procedures while working on and around equipment.
  • Meet deadlines and schedules for completing work assignments.
  • Occasionally operate a forklift to assist with heavy equipment and loading/unloading tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, including time and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of CIH (Case IH) or equivalent repair training and experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
  • Must possess your own tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
