THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCEAxon's Leadership Development Internship is a highly selective, 10-12 week summer internship that places interns in various roles across the company. Designed for those eager to gain meaningful business experience at a high-growth company, Axon's LDI is ideal for future leaders ready to drive innovation and make an impact.
  • 10+ participants with a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds
  • Own meaningful work from day one - partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence decisions, and help shape Axon's future.
  • Build experience across key teams and functions, including: Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Global Strategy & Operations, Finance, People Operations, Virtual Reality, Product Development, and more!

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Class of 2028 preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience - in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community
