Job description

We're growing our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives and Marketing to turn outreach into qualified opportunities. This is a high-impact, entry-level role with a clear path into closing and other commercial roles.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers (security, IT, and compliance leaders)
  • Run outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and content
  • Book and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and the security problems we solve
  • Keep CRM records accurate and maintain a healthy, well-documented pipeline
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution

What you bring

  • 0-2 years in a sales, customer-facing, or other goal-driven role (internships and part-time experience count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable starting conversations cold
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity and a genuine willingness to learn technical concepts
