Overview
The BDR drives pipeline for TripleLift by prospecting strategic accounts, qualifying inbound leads, acting on buying-intent signals, and engaging executive buyers across priority and account-based marketing initiatives. This role identifies buying signals, engages strategic accounts, qualifies inbound and outbound opportunities, and delivers well-prepared, sales-ready meetings to Account Executives. Success requires disciplined daily execution, strong communication, sharp organization, and a consultative approach to prospect engagement.
Focus areas: strategic target accounts (Mid-Market and specialty agencies), inbound marketing-generated leads, intent and engagement signals, executive account outreach, and pipeline generation.
Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation & Prospecting - Execute daily outbound prospecting across strategic accounts via email, LinkedIn, and phone; tailor messaging by industry, buyer role, and campaign priority; follow structured cadences while adapting to engagement.
  • Inbound Lead Management - Respond to inbound inquiries within SLA (target: under 1 hour); qualify by account fit, buying stage, need, and timing; route qualified opportunities to the right AE.
  • Intent Signal Monitoring - Track website engagement, campaign responses, event participation, content engagement, intent data, and priority account activity; prioritize outreach by account status, engagement level, and sales priority.
  • Strategic Account Coverage - Drive proactive outreach, expand buying-group relationships, identify under-engaged accounts, and support account-based marketing and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Sales Partnership - Partner daily with AEs on account prioritization, outreach planning, meeting prep, and follow-up; share prospect intelligence, engagement history, and recommended talking points.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management - Log outreach activity, maintain accurate lead/account statuses and campaign attribution, and support pipeline reporting.
  • Marketing Feedback - Serve as the voice of the prospect on campaign effectiveness, messaging, market trends, competitive insights, and content relevance.
Education & Requirements
Required:
  • 1 year of professional and/or internship experience minimum in Sales Development, Business Development, or Demand Generation
  • Experience with enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organization and time management
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Digital Media
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, CTV, retail media, or digital marketing

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
