Job description

Job Role: Business Transformation Consultant
Location: No, they can work from anywhere
Salary: 90-100k/annum + annual bonus + benefits
Recruiters are required to comply with OFCCP / EEOC regulations when working on this job requisition
Must have:
Requires a 4-year college degree in Math, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software (Engineering, Management Information Systems. Advanced degree preferred.
Working knowledge of low code automation platforms such as Robotics Process Automation or Microsoft Power Platform (Experiencing building or testing automations is a plus).
Experience developing the voice of the customer including measuring the customer experience.
Insurance domain expertise is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate, scope, and manage the delivery of projects for identified process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Drive alignment on automation opportunity estimates, complexity, and priority.
• Collaborate with Leadership, identify stakeholders and interview staff at all levels of the organization.
• Data gathering and analysis - financial and non-financial; qualitative and quantitative
• Leads the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication.
• Work with operational team members to understand processes, root causes, and outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to maintain ongoing communication regarding improvement opportunities and help them plan and execute on their roadmaps.
• Managing medium to large size process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Requires a 4-year college degree in Math, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software (Engineering, Management Information Systems. Advanced degree preferred.
• Certification as a Green/Black Belt or other Six Sigma methodology application
• Working knowledge of low code automation platforms such as Robotics Process Automation or Microsoft Power Platform (Experiencing building or testing automations is a plus)
• Proven track record of delivering change and transformation to an organization
• Experience developing the voice of the customer including measuring the customer experience
• Insurance domain expertise is a plus
• Strong analytical ability and experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to focus on the details and to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable operating in a high-visibility role
• Knowledge in the usage of Tableau, Visio, Excel, Minitab, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, SQL
