Job description

Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is seeking a motivated Condo Management Administrative Intern to support our Condo Management team in Worcester, MA.
This internship is ideal for a student pursuing Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field who enjoys organization, communication, and working with financial information. The successful candidate will help keep projects organized, support day-to-day office operations, and assist with administrative and financial tasks that support condominium associations.
Essential Duties:
  • Organize condominium association records, financial documents, and electronic files.
  • Track deadlines, renewals, invoices, and other recurring deliverables.
  • Assist with accounts payable and bill processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain proposals, invoices, and required documentation.
  • Prepare homeowner communications and meeting materials.
  • Support the Condo Manager with administrative projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Recommend improvements to office organization and efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Buildium, or similar software is a plus, but not required.
