Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Warrington (Bucks County), PA office for an associate position in our Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have one to five years of general real estate law experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in all types of real estate transactional work, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents, title review, due diligence, and development documentation.
  • Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions preferred.
  • Experience in land use law is helpful but not required.
  • An excellent academic record and strong writing skills are required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, and a long-term interest in growing with and contributing to the development of the practice.
  • Strong ties to the Warrington (Bucks County), PA area are required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
