Job description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This is a sworn firefighting position responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, improvement, and logistics of the Eddy County Fire & Rescue (ECFR) Training Facility. The primary objective is to maximize the utility and growth of training buildings and props to enhance departmental capabilities and establish the facility as a regional training hub. This position manages internal fire academies, coordinates with external educational and state agencies, and leads the planning for large-scale conferences and hosted training events.
